Founded in 1996, Maxwell Executive Search has
operated in the domestic market. In 1998 we entered the international arenas
with clients in Asia and Europe who were looking for executives who could bring
them domestic management skills. That process will be reversed in 2001. This
activity was through M. E. Rice &
Associates, a new business development company, which continues as a separate
entity.

start-up, small and mid-size companies. This experience on a domestic and
international basis, searching out and putting managers in the right place for
their career growth and giving corporate it's strongest people added to Max's
success within the marketing and sales arenas,
