CLIENT PAID FEE
All charges are paid by the client company. At
no time, for any service, does Maxwell Executive Search, International charge
any applicant any fee. We are not a resume writing firm, but we will help our
applicant create or re-do a resume at no charge. Our placement fee is noted in
our "Fee Schedule".
CORPORATE OUTPLACEMENT
We take extreme pride in delivering the
most personal and completely private out placement services. 
Whether a two, four or six week modified program, or a six month program, we
customize this service to fit the needs of each individual. Only one
"Executive Counselor" works this activity. All effort within this
arena is one-on-one. We do not bring in multiple counselors. All activity is to
establish a relationship between the counselor and the out placed person in an
effort to build a foundation for a successful, rewarding and speedy career
transition.
